[ENGLISH BELOW]
Svaki tekst sadrži i fotografski odgovor bosansko-hercegovačkog fotografa/fotografkinje.

Zaseban link za taj esej pod nazivom "The Borders Project: Sarajevo Writers’ Workshop + Atlanta’s Narrative Collective" kojeg je napisala Stacy Mattingly, možete naći ovdje.

In late 2015, as people were migrating across Europe and being stopped at borders in the Balkans and elsewhere, we began an artistic collaboration with a group of writers in Atlanta called Narrative Collective. We decided to name our exchange THE BORDERS PROJECT and to create writing in response to the "borders" theme, even as we created friendships with our colleagues overseas. We did that, via an online workshop -- giving each other feedback along the way. The following spring, we held a cross-borders reading at Atlanta’s Goat Farm Arts Center along with our friends in Narrative Collective -- they presented their work in person, we via pre-recorded video. You can read about that event at Asymptote Journal’s blog here. Later, EuropeNow Journal in New York agreed to publish the package of work we produced and added a Borders Project category to their Literary section. Over a period of six months, and six issues, we published 17 texts -- in English and in our Mirza Purić’s very fine English translation. Each text includes a photographic response provided by a Bosnian photographer -- 6 photographers participated, and we are so glad to have had the opportunity to include their work, enlarging our community across an artistic border.

You can find our Contents page here. Pinned to the top is an essay about the project. A separate link to that essay, "The Borders Project: Sarajevo Writers’ Workshop + Atlanta’s Narrative Collective," can be found here.
